Service Description

The goals and objectives of this Mandatory Health Assistant Training Course Package are to enable healthcare and clinical support workers to meet their mandatory training requirements as per the framework of the Health Professions Council and care, the Care Quality Commission and the CSTF (whether for initiation, retraining, training or as annual updates for health and clinical support workers. To this end, our mandatory and regulatory modules for health and social service workers are guided by the following: - Standards established by the Health and Care Professions Council and the Care Quality Commission - Advice from the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for health and social service workers - UK Basic Skills Training Framework (CSTF) - CQC Frameworks and Guidance for Mandatory Health Care Support Staff Training We have developed mandatory training modules for clinical and healthcare support staff to meet CQC quality standards and performance reviews. Our health and safety training courses for health care assistants help reduce injuries and avoid subsequent claims of negligence and malpractice, improve staff morale, provide safe and effective care and improve the patient experience. Each of the compulsory online training course modules for health assistants provides essential and adequate details, as suggested by UK regulators (including the Care Quality Commission (CQC)). Learning outcomes HW Trainings has worked with a range of subject matter experts to develop high quality, statutory and mandatory online training sessions that address all knowledge outcomes at Levels 1 and 2 and Level 3 where applicable for online learning. These mandatory and mandatory training courses are aimed at all health and social personnel working in the various organisations regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), including the NHS and private hospitals, mental health, nursing homes and providers. It is the responsibility of employers' organisations in the health and social services to ensure that their staff undergo the appropriate training to comply with their legal and mandatory requirements. It is also the employer's responsibility to determine the best mode of delivery of the training, whether it's face-to-face, e-learning or a blended approach.
